A signed Lifetime Health Guarantee will be be given at the time of purchase and/or on puppy Go-Home Day.

• Lifetime Health Guarantee:

  • All puppies are sold in good health, free from visible signs of infection or contagious disease.

• 7-Day Return Policy:

  • If returned within 7 days (for any reason other than accident), the buyer receives a 100% refund of the purchase price.

• Lifetime Genetic Health Guarantee:

  • Covers life-threatening or seriously disabling congenital/genetic defects for the lifetime of the dog.

  • Buyer may receive a full refund or coverage for treatment costs (up to the purchase price).

  • A second veterinary opinion may be required at the breeder’s expense before a refund is issued.

  • Guarantee is void if the dog is euthanized or disposed of without a second opinion.

• Covered Conditions Include:

  • Severe hip dysplasia (if not sterilized before 12 months and not obese)

  • Grade 4 patella luxation

  • Grade 3 elbow dysplasia

  • Grade IV or V heart murmurs persisting after 20 weeks of age

  • Genetic diseases tested for in Australian Labradoodles:

    • Progressive Retinal Atrophy (PRA)

    • Von Willebrand’s Disease (vWd)

    • Exercise Induced Collapse (EIC)

• Not Covered:

  • Undetermined diagnoses or diseases likely caused by environmental factors (diet, chemicals, trauma).

• Necropsy Requirement:

  • In the event of death, a necropsy by a qualified veterinarian is required for refund consideration.

• Veterinary Check Recommended:

  • Have your puppy examined by your own vet within 5 days of purchase.

• Health Recommendations:

  • Feed a diet with minimal additives.

  • Desex at 12 months or older.

  • Limit use of veterinary drugs (flea, heartworm, vaccinations, wormers) to the minimum necessary.

• Lifetime Rehoming Guarantee:

  • Forever Friends Labradoodles will always accept their dogs back if the owner cannot keep them.

  • Puppies must never be surrendered to a shelter.
